DENVER (KDVR) — The clouds hanging around metro Denver and the Front Range for a second day in a row are on their way out of Denver's weather forecast.
Temperatures have struggled to reach the 50s and low 60s, which is about 10 degrees below normal for this time of year.
Skies are expected to clear overnight, making for sunny skies for the remainder of the week.
And, with the sunny skies, temperatures are forecast to quickly rise into the 70s and 80s for the rest of the week and weekend.

Under mostly clear skies and a light wind, it will be another chilly night across the eastern plains of Colorado. It will be colder in the mountains, with some areas dipping below freezing.
