Aston Villa midfielder Youri Tielemans looks set to be sidelined for a few more weeks after his calf injury was said to be worse than initially feared.

According to reports in Belgium, the former Leicester City man looks set to miss Villa's upcoming fixtures and maybe his country's World Cup qualifiers against Liechtenstein and Kazakhstan next month.

Tielemans has not featured for Villa since being replaced after the first half of their clash at Everton last month.

He's been sidelined ever since, which caused him to miss the international break in October. Now, Het Nieuwsblad, via Sport Witness , says he is out for longer than expected.
