DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) -- A mishap during a generator test is causing network outages at Dayton Children's.
While Dayton Children's is continuing to provide care at all locations, patients may experience delays in service due to network outages and spottier phone access.
Their system's are expected to be back to normal soon.
"This is NOT a cyberattack. We expect the system to come up shortly," Dayton Children's said in a statement. "We appreciate your patience and understanding and our staff is committed to remaining focused on meeting or exceeding your care needs during this time."
As of 10:20 a.m., Dayton Children's main number (937-641-3000) is back online. The same goes for primary care office phones.
