SOMERSET, Ky. (WKYT) - A Somerset man has been charged with murder after an early morning shooting left another man dead.

James Gleason, 40, was arrested in connection with the death of Adam Roark, 39, both of Somerset, according to the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies responded to a shooting on Dogwood Lane at approximately 12:35 a.m. Wednesday.

When deputies arrived, they found the 911 caller and Roark in the driveway. Roark had what appeared to be multiple gunshot wounds, and the caller was applying pressure to the injuries. Somerset/Pulaski County EMS responded, but Roark was pronounced dead at the scene.
