PULASKI COUNTY, Ky. (WYMT) - Deputies with the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office arrested one man after he was accused of shooting and killing another man.
James Gleason, 40, of Somerset, was charged with murder and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon in connection with the death of Adam Roark, 39, of Somerset.
Police responded to the shooting at approximately 12:35 a.m. Wednesday on Dogwood Lane in Somerset.
The caller stated that her husband had been shot by Gleason.
After arriving on scene, deputies found the caller and Roark in the driveway.
According to police, they believed that Roark had multiple gunshot wounds, and the caller was applying pressure to the injuries.
Other first responders attempted more advanced life-saving measures on Roark but was later pronounced dead
