The Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation’s Discovery Day returns Nov. 1 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
For $5 (kids 12 and under are free), visitors can explore Taliesin West at their own pace while enjoying hands-on activities, engaging performances, family-friendly crafts and interactive demonstrations, according to a press release.
Highlights include:
• Film Screenings: Take a seat in the Cabaret Theater for Bears in Hot Tubs, a moving short documentary that reveals how black bears adapt to suburban life and asks us to rethink our connection with the wild creatures in our midst.
• Live Music: Enjoy the sounds of The Sunpunchers band and singer-songwriter AJ Odneal, performing against the dramatic desert backdrop from the Prow and Sunset Terrace.
