The Steelton community is mourning after a Tuesday afternoon shooting that killed a 26-year-old man who had played for the Steelton-Highspire high school football team.
Kenyatta Henry, of Steelton, was killed after the shooting, which occurred around 2:15 p.m. near South Fourth and Poplar streets , according to the Dauphin County coroner’s office.
The shooting also left another person injured. As of Tuesday night, no arrests had been made.
The Steelton-Highspire football team shared a tribute on Facebook expressing condolences and honoring his connection to the program, referring to Henry by the name “Yatta.”
