Sami Sheen is getting real about her appearance.

The 21-year-old daughter of Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen shared a before-and-after photo of herself on social media, detailing the work that she's had done in the time between the pictures were taken.

"7 year difference," Sami captioned the side-by-side pictures on her Instagram Stories Oct. 7. "Thank god for hair extensions, lip filler, boob job, nose job, veneers & kiss 2 on faceapp," referring to a setting on the popular photo editing app.

The Denise Richards and Her Wild Things star subsequently clarified her intentions in the side-by-side after a fan responded that they felt it “reinforces the idea” people need to make enhancements on themselves.
