Two suspects were arrested, while two remain at large, for allegedly beating and robbing a man on board an uptown Manhattan train on Monday.

According to law enforcement sources, the brutal attack occurred on a northbound 6 train at the East 51 Street subway station on the Lexington Avenue line on Oct. 6 at around 11:40 p.m. Police said four men surrounded the 48-year-old victim on the moving train when an argument broke out.

The war of words escalated to violence when the group of perps began punching and kicking the victim throughout his face and body until he became disoriented, police sources said. While the injured man was discombobulated from the horrific attack, the perps snagged $50 from him before fleeing the train station to parts unknown, before officers from the 17th Precinct
