CLACKAMAS COUNTY Ore. (KPTV) - A Milwaukie-area couple was arrested Tuesday after a grand jury indicted them in connection with the abuse of their infant son, according to the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office.

Jazmin Linda Flores Gratreak, 22, and Jesus Fernando Ibarra Ibarra, 19, were taken into custody on Oct. 7 after a warrant was issued on Sept. 30. Both are charged with first-degree criminal mistreatment and third-degree assault.

The case began in April 2024, when the Oregon Department of Human Services alerted authorities to possible abuse involving the couple’s seven-week old baby. The child had been taken to a local hospital with serious injuries.
