NEW PHILADELPHIA, Ohio — Brook Park Mayor Edward Orcutt and Ted Tywang with the Haslam Sports Group made their pitch in front of the Ohio Department of Transportation's Transportation Review Advisory Council (TRAC) Tuesday in New Philadelphia as they seek money to support a new domed stadium for the Cleveland Browns .
"We feel very confident that, once you do the arithmetic and you understand the investments that are being made within the state and those returns on those investments, that this should be a project that should be moving forward," Orcutt told the press. "We feel that, you know, that we had a fair shot with the TRAC Board today."
