MINOT, ND (KXNET) — A man who was arrested for stealing and carrying drugs in Minot has been sentenced to prison time.
Tray Lachney pleaded guilty to two counts of felony theft as well as drug possession with intent to deliver. He was arrested by police in Minot in February, when they say he had broken into a storage unit and stole equipment from another man's work vehicle.

When he was arrested, law enforcement seized more than $4,500 from Lachney. A judge ordered that money be forfeited to the Ward County drug task force.
