MARSHALL - Madison County held a countywide event meant to reflect on the one-year anniversary of Tropical Storm Helene, but also to honor the community's response after the floods.

The event, "Reflection and Rebuilding Tribute: One Year Post-Helene" was held Oct. 3 at the Madison County Fairgrounds site in Marshall, and was hosted by County Manager Rod Honeycutt.
