A Denver man was arrested Wednesday in southern Colorado after threatening online to detonate a bomb at San Luis Valley Regional Airport, city officials said.

FBI officials notified the city of Alamosa, where the airport is located, of the social media bomb threat at about noon Wednesday, according to a statement from the city .

Alamosa police evacuated the airport and arrested the suspect, an 18-year-old Denver man, in the building’s lobby, city officials said. The man had not yet entered the airport’s secured area.

Police searched the airport, but no explosives or suspicious devices were found.

The man was arrested on suspicion of three felony charges: making a false report of explosives, endangering public transportation and making terroristic threats.

There is no ongoing threat
