NEW JERSEY (PIX11) -- The director of nursing at a rehabilitation center in New Jersey is accused of assaulting a resident and attempting to cover it up, according to the state's Attorney General Matthew J. Platkin.
Patricia Linda-Ahono, 59, of Irvington, New Jersey, was indicted on multiple charges, including aggravated assault, neglect of an elderly or disabled adult, tampering with witnesses, assault on an institutionalized elderly person and falsifying records.
Linda-Ahono allegedly got into a fight with a resident of the E.N.J., at Crystal Lake Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center back in 2023, court documents said.
