Titan Cloud has announced it will acquire two energy asset management products from the United Kingdom's Techniche Limited.

The Franklin-based fuel industry-focused software platform provider did not disclose in a release the financial terms of the deal with the Milton Keynes, England-based Techniche.

With an expected closing this quarter, the transaction will involve Techniche’s Urgent and Techniche EV.

The deal strengthens Titan Cloud's AI-driven data platform maintenance capabilities, extending coverage beyond traditional fuel assets to include site equipment and EV infrastructure, according to the release.
