Stream Realty Partners announced Monday it has begun construction in Wilson County on a speculative development that will deliver more than 1 million square feet of Class A industrial space in two buildings.

A cost to undertake the project was not disclosed in a release.

Stream, which is based in Dallas and offers a Nashville office led by Executive Managing Director Rob Lowe, said the development will unfold on 89.2 acres in the 1600 block of Central Pike (see the general area here ).

Building A will offer 355,982 square feet with a cross-dock configuration, a 130-foot truck court, 80 trailer parking spaces, 40-foot clear heights and an ESFR (early suppression fast response) sprinkler system.
