(WHTM) - On this week's edition of Political Power Ranker, we're breaking down some of the biggest races across the country.

Spencer Kimball, director of Emerson College Polling, shares the latest polling in the Virginia and New Jersey governor's races, as well as Prop 50 in California and the New York City mayoral election.
