An intoxicated man stabbed two men after being kicked out of a bar in Chinatown overnight, Philadelphia police said.

The ordeal began on Friday, Oct. 10, around 3 a.m. inside a bar near 11 th and Arch streets. Police said an intoxicated man was acting irrationally inside the bar. Employees then told him to get out before throwing him out of the business, police said.

The man then punched the windows and doors of the bar, according to investigators. Fearing the glass would break, the employees opened the door to try to calm the man down, police said.
