A Thursday morning narcotics search warrant led to the arrest of a Greenville man and the seizure of stolen firearms and prescription narcotics, according to the Greenville Police Department.

Around 8 a.m. on October 9, the department’s Special Response Team (SRT) and Special Enforcement Team (SET) executed a warrant at 333 Muscadine Street. Inside the home, officers reported finding a prescription bottle containing a felony amount of Schedule III Tylenol with Codeine (9 dosage units). Investigators also located two loaded 9mm handguns—a Glock and a Sig Sauer—that police say were confirmed stolen.

The subject of the warrant, 38-year-old Cordaro Franklin, of Greenville, was taken into custody and charged with: Felony Possession of Stolen Property, Felony Possession of Stolen Firearms (x2)
