ROBERTSON COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) – The former sheriff of Kentucky’s smallest county has been indicted following his third DUI arrest in less than two years.

According to court officials, a Mason County grand jury indicted former Robertson County Sheriff Terry Gray on Friday on charges of DUI (third offense), reckless driving, first-degree wanton endangerment, and first-degree official misconduct.

The case now moves to Mason Circuit Court, and an arraignment date has not yet been set.

That means Gray will not appear in district court Monday, as previously scheduled, since the case is no longer in district court jurisdiction.
