PORTLAND, Maine — A 13-year-old girl missing from Pownal was found safe in Portland on Tuesday, and a 23-year-old man was arrested following a week-long investigation by the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office.

Detectives identified an apartment at 470 Brighton Avenue, where they believed the teen, Jadelynn Harlow, was staying. Investigators obtained a search warrant and, with help from the Cumberland County Emergency Services Unit, safely located Harlow inside the apartment.

Also inside were two adults. One of them, Elijah Coleman, 23, was already wanted for probation revocation on domestic violence-related charges.
