The Northgate Lady Vikings are peaking at the right time.
After routing McIntosh earlier in the week, Northgate capped off a dominant stretch Thursday with an 8-0 shutout victory over Ola, extending its win streak to four games.

On Tuesday, Northgate overpowered McIntosh 12-2 in a game that showcased the team’s offensive depth.
Senior Journey Jackson went 2-for-4 with four RBIs, two runs and a double, setting a new career high for runs driven in. Trinity Hargrett went 2-for-3 with three runs, two RBIs and a double as the Vikings kept pressure on the bases all night.
Northgate finished with a .529 on-base percentage, well ahead of McIntosh’s .273, and cruised to its 22nd win of the season. The victory was the team’s 17th this year decided by six runs or more.
