BEDFORD COUNTY, Va. (WDBJ) - The Bedford County Sheriff’s Office condemned Jay Jones’s text messages to a colleague in an open letter Friday, October 10.
The letter is part of an effort by several law enforcement agencies to get Jones, a Democrat, to withdraw from the race for Attorney General.
