MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — A Mobile Police Department detective released new details during testimony about the violent death of a man in Tillmans Corner Wednesday night.

According to the testimony, 57-year-old Sam Walker died from blunt force trauma to his whole body.

Police said Walker and 30-year-old Jacob Cross got into an argument at the Circle K on Schillinger's Road in Tillmans Corner.

According to the detective, the argument started after Cross got into an argument with his ex-girlfriend, and Walker asked if she was alright.

Video captured at the gas station shows Walker and Cross fighting.

Officials said that at some point after the fight, Cross hit Walker with his vehicle before dragging Walker two miles to Cross's home on Dawes Lane.
