STEUBENVILLE, Ohio (WTRF) — A new update tonight on the Urban Mission's decision to close its emergency shelters in Steubenville.

While many are still processing what this means for those who rely on the shelters, community leaders say they're also focused on what's next. I spoke with them today and learned more from additional sources.
