Feringhee Modern Indian restaurant, in its effort to bring Indian fine dining to Arizona, has announced the promotion of one of its longtime culinary talents.

Chef Vikas Rahna has been promoted to head chef, according to a news release.

A part of Feringhee’s kitchen since its opening day, Rahna has worked alongside the founding team as sous chef, mastering the art of blending modern technique with Indian soul.

Now, as Head Chef, he’s bringing his creative vision in with a brand-new lunch menu. Launched this month, the menu includes special pricing.

Feringhee’s is at 3491 W. Frye Road, in the Target shopping center across from the Chandler Museum and the Chandler Fashion Center mall.
