PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Kid Rock is subbing in for Cody Johnson as a headliner for the three-day music festival and rodeo at Chase Field .
Johnson had to abruptly pull out of the lineup after he ruptured an eardrum and had to undergo emergency surgery.
The rock superstar is set to headline on Saturday, Nov. 8, with Jon Pardi as his opener.
