BRISTOL, Va. - The Birthplace of Country Music Museum will host a spooky speaker session with noted local author and journalist Joe Tennis.
It will occur Tuesday, Oct. 14 at 7 p.m., in the museum's performance theater, according to a written statement.
The program marks the first public presentation of the author’s most recent book, “The Ghostly Tales of Virginia’s Blue Ridge Highlands.”
“This book was so much fun to put together with stories from the Mendota Trail, Wise, Abingdon, Mountain Lake, Marion and Castlewood,“ said Tennis, 56. “It actually came out during the pandemic, but I’ve yet to find the proper place to present it until the museum asked me to do this program.
