The NC State Wolfpack football team has big opportunity on the road Saturday if they’re able to upset the Notre Dame Fighting Irish.

The game kicks off at 3:30 p.m. ET Saturday at Notre Dame Stadium, and the game airs on Peacock.

WRAL Sports asked NC State head coach if he wanted to play Notre Dame more frequently. The two teams last played two seasons ago.

“If they were in our league, I would,” Doeren said. “I mean, they’re not in our league, so to me, that doesn’t make sense.”

Doeren said he was in favor of playing more Atlantic Coast Conference games.
