PEQUOT LAKES — Private and semiprivate meeting rooms with reliable internet, expanded children's space, teen space and more are part of a wish list for a proposed expansion to double the size of the Pequot Lakes Library.

The Pequot Lakes City Council heard a presentation at its regular meeting Monday, Oct. 6, from Linda Olson, library coordinator, and Nikki Hardy, library board member, about the proposed expansion to enhance library services and facilities.

The library has an expansion committee that brainstormed ideas and asked the public for input to put together the wish list.

The library is conducting a survey through October for information.
