JAMESTOWN — The University of Jamestown Women's Volleyball team powered through a five-set marathon against the Bemidji State Beavers on Friday night, securing a thrilling home victory at the Harold Newman Arena. The Jimmies displayed impressive hitting efficiency and securing their second NSIC win of the season.

The Jimmies will be back in action on Saturday hosting No. 13 Minnesota Duluth University at 2 p.m.

The Jimmies opened the match with a remarkable offensive clinic, recording 13 kills with zero errors for a .565 hitting percentage. Early service aces from Ava Mueller and an immediate block from Addison Brooke and Caroline Puetz set the tone for the swift 25-10 win.
