Srinagar, Oct 11: The Directorate of Extension, Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology, Kashmir (SKUAST-K) organised the live telecast of the launch of the Prime Minister DhanDhaanya Krishi Yojana (PM-DDKY) on Saturday.
It was a landmark initiative aimed at catalysing agricultural growth across 100 agriculture districts in the country, a statement of SKUAST-K issued here said.
It said that the event drew an enthusiastic gathering of around 240 participants, comprising progressive farmers from different districts of Kashmir, along with students, scientists, and extension officials of the university.
