House Armed Services Committee chair U.S. Rep. Mike Rogers (R-Saks) on Thursday contrasted President Donald Trump with his predecessor, former President Joe Biden, in dealing with global crises, particularly the Israel-Hamas conflict and the Russia-Ukraine war.

In an interview on Newsmax's "American Agenda," Rogers described Trump as a "change agent," while he described Biden as more reactive, usually reacting "several months late."

"Unfortunately, the Biden administration didn't engage on any front," Rogers lamented. "You know, one of the reasons we're in this war in Ukraine is that he was so tepid prior to Russia's invasion.
