A beloved holiday tradition in Kuna, which was canceled earlier Wednesday, will continue this year after the community banded together to save it.
The Kuna Chamber of Commerce sent a flyer to the community stating that the Down Home Country Christmas Nightlight Parade will be canceled in 2025 without additional financial support, as unanticipated costs have exceeded $4,000.
However, within four hours of the announcement, the Kuna community raised over $5,000, the amount needed to proceed with the parade.
