We've got a beautiful stretch of weather shaping up for Lafayette and much of Northern Indiana, and our team has been monitoring the data closely.

After a day that saw temperatures hover in the upper 60s to near 70, we're officially kicking off a warming trend as we head through the weekend. We'll see a few clouds early on Saturday, but those should give way to plenty of sunshine, with highs reaching around 72 degrees.

Winds will be light, coming from the north-northeast. Looking ahead to Sunday, we're expecting even more sunshine and a bit of a bump in temperatures, likely hitting 74 degrees.
