Mary Anne Stickler has operated an Airbnb out of her home on Camino Lejo near Museum Hill for the past 13 years, earning the designation of “superhost.”
Stickler, who had a career in real estate and is now retired, said she loves the opportunity to make extra money and meet new people from all over the world by opening her home to short-term guests.
“The only people I knew that had short-term rentals for many, many years were people like me,” who were operating them out of their homes, she said in a recent interview.
