The Jersey Shore and Delaware are expected to be hardest hit, with moderate to major coastal flooding possible along with 2-3" of rain and wind gusts up to around 50 mph.

Inland will also experience heavy rain at times and gusty wind reaching up to around 30 mph.

The State of New Jersey has declared a State of Emergency starting at 10 p.m. Saturday due to the storm.

The FIRST ALERT is in effect for the Jersey Shore and Delaware from Sunday, Oct. 12, to Monday, Oct. 13, 2025.

Up to a foot of coastal flooding is also possible in Philadelphia, but is not expected to be as severe as on the coast.

Periods of High Tides, particularly at around 2 a.m. on Monday, will bring a higher risk of coastal flooding.
