Scotland is still flying high off its huge win against Greece on Thursday, when the team came from behind to beat the Greeks 3-1 to maintain their promising start to their World Cup qualifying campaign.

And now, it's time to double down with the national team ready to take on Belarus at Hampden tonight on the road to the 2026 tournament .

A victory against the Belarusians means that Scotland could secure at least a play-off spot tonight if Denmark drop points.

Manager Steve Clarke will look to take them to a World Cup finals for the first time since 1998 and is hoping to erase the "hurt" from being left out of the squad to play in Italia 1990.

He said: "I wanted to go as a player but I didn't manage to achieve it. I got pretty close in 1990 when I was in the pre-World Cup squad.
