ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Seneca County Deputies have arrested a man from Rochester after he allegedly trespassed and claimed to be an undercover FBI agent.

On October 11, in the Town of Romulus, deputies went to investigate a report of someone accidentally getting trapped in fenced property, claiming to be a Federal Agent. Around 1:30 p.m., deputies arrived to find a white SUV locked behind a landowner's fence.

Deputies tried to learn 62-year-old David B. Dahrsnin's identity, but he allegedly continued to claim to be a Federal Agent conducting surveillance.

Dahrsnin was arrested and is charged with second-degree criminal trespassing and a felony charge of criminal impersonation in the second degree.

He was processed and is to appear in Romulus court on October 24.
