EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - The man Evansville Police say was shot near the Fall Festival Wednesday has now been booked into the Vanderburgh County Jail.
27-year-old Kamarius Foster has been charged with Intimidation, Disorderly Conduct, Battery with Bodily Waste, and Dealing Marijuana.
According to police, Foster was shot in the arm and leg by Marchello Hoskins Jr. just after 2 p.m. Wednesday in the 500 block of North St. Joseph Avenue.
EPD says Foster was taken to the hospital following the shooting, and once he was released, he was booked into the jail.
In the affidavit, officers say they found 95 grams of marijuana on Foster while checking him for any other injuries.
