EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - It’s one of the biggest weeks of the year on Evansville’s West Side.
Today marks the grand finale. The West Side Nut Club Fall Festival is wrapping up after another record-breaking run.
Many people here say they’re already counting down the days until next year’s event.
“Well the Nut Club is set up that we’ve already got all the chairmans for the next two years already set up. So they can learn as they go and when they’re head dog, they already know how to do it. This is well-oiled machine,” Ron Kuhlenschmidt, WSNC International President said. “For a bunch of crazy guys that have a lot of fun, we get things done.”
So much of the West Side Nut Club Fall Festival goes back to benefitting local organizations, some say this year has been more successful than ever
