EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - An Evansville man is facing multiple charges after police say he was walking around a southeast apartment complex naked.

Evansville police were called to the Village Green Apartments around 5 p.m. Saturday to reports of 55-year-old Scott Cummings walking around fully unclothed.

A witness also called in saying when he was returning his nephew’s dog to his apartment, who was found outside, Cummings was in the kitchen.

The witness told police he had never met Cummings.

When Police arrived, they ordered Cummings to come out of the apartment, but he refused.

Officers entered the apartment and, after a brief struggle, took Cummings into custody.
