KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - The second annual Officer Tucker Blakely Memorial Ride took place on Saturday with over 50 motorcycle riders showing up to support Blakely’s family and to honor Knox County Deputy Tucker Blakely.

Blakely died in 2023 after being shot while responding to a domestic call in West Knox County.

“This is a ride that was organized to honor and remember Deputy Tucker Blakely, who was tragically killed two years ago, and we do events like this to keep him in the forefront of everybody’s minds and remembering to hold him to him and his family,” said Knox County Sheriff’s Office Capt. Todd Clark. “A good brotherhood of love, that’s what we’re all about-we’re brothers to him.”
