Ottawa police are seeking public assistance in locating Mykhail Markin, 37, who was last seen in the Walkley Road area on Sept. 28. Article content

At the time, he was wearing a grey T-shirt and dark pants. Article content Article content

He is described as Caucasian, five feet seven inches tall with a brown beard and a medium build.

Police said there were concerns for his health and well-being.
