GOODYEAR, AZ (AZFamily) — A man is missing after being swept away by floodwaters in Goodyear on Sunday.

Around 3:30 a.m., MCSO rescue crews responded to the area of Rainbow Valley after getting reports of a man who tried to cross a wash that was flooded. When they got there, deputies learned the man had been swept away.

Crews were able to locate the man’s truck, but he is still missing. Search crews have been out in the severe weather searching for hours.
