SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) - The Tea Volunteer Fire Department responded to a fire Saturday evening involving multiple semi trucks and trailers.
According to a social media post, crews were called to the area of West 98th Street and Mueller Place at around 8:00 p.m.
Heavy smoke and flames were coming from multiple semi trucks and trailers. The Harrisburg Community Fire Department also responded. Crews quickly knocked down the flames.
During the fire, two people entered a dangerous “hot zone” on scene, and were escorted back by law enforcement. The Tea Volunteer Fire Department is reminding people to give first responders room to do their jobs, and keep everyone safe.
