BOULDER, Colorado (KCRG) - Iowa State quarterback Rocco Becht pointed the finger at himself after ISU’s 24-17 loss at Colorado Saturday.

The junior quarterback threw a fourth quarter interception, and did not throw a touchdown against Colorado.

“This hits me pretty hard because i’m not playing at a high level. I gotta be better for this team,” said Becht. “I gotta be able to go out there and lead this team to victory, and we haven’t been able to do it the past two weeks. I put that on me. Because I’m a vet.”

Iowa State is on bye this upcoming week, before returning home to Ames to take on BYU.
