The Yaamava’ Resort & Casino at San Manuel will be celebrating Indigenous People’s Day and the autumn harvest season Monday through Nov. 1.
The casino, located at 777 San Manuel Blvd. South in Highland, will have displays celebrating the history and Marra’yam ancestral connections of the Yuhaaviatam of San Manuel Nation, casino officials announced.
The Native American horticulture displays will be on the property through Nov. 1.
“Vibrant displays of traditional foods will be on display, as well as Indigenous dwellings that have sheltered the generations across the ancestral lands of the Marra’yam,” casino officials said.
A lively harvest festival atmosphere was expected through the resort until Nov. 1.
