LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — The Arkansas State Fair has returned for another jam-packed year.

It's been a tradition for 85 years, with each one getting bigger, brighter, and better than the last.

"This is day three. Sunday. It's a beautiful day out. We were ready to Craig it up. Get going for another wonderful afternoon," Will Hornburg, Director of Sales and Promotions for the Arkansas State Fair, said. "Opening day was great. It was our second-best opening Friday ever. We had over 40,000 people come out."

Hornburg said that the crowds didn't stop there.

Saturday brought more than 70,000 visitors, adding to the excitement that fills the fairgrounds.

Some fairgoers said that they were excited to try the Dubai Chocolate Starwberries or the traditional fair corndogs.
